Every package is 7 hours of venue access with climate control included — most clients use about 3 hours to set up, 4 for the event, and tear down inside the window. Packages cumulate: each tier adds space. The Premier package isn't a different room — it's everything: Lobby, Majestic, Grand, Premier, and the Dock.

- Reservation deposit — 50% of the fee, non-refundable, due at signing.
- Damage deposit — $1,000, refundable, due in full at signing.
- Balance due 14 days before the event · insurance due 15 days prior.
