Three packages cumulate from the Lobby and Majestic (8,646 sq ft) through Grand (14,046 sq ft) up to Premier, the entire 23,140 sq ft floor plus the covered Dock. The room seats 260 standard and expands to 970 for a bigger reception, quoted per event. Every package includes 7 hours of venue access and climate control, starting at $2,900 weekday and running to $14,900 for a Premier peak-season Saturday or Sunday. Tables and chairs are available as a coordinated package through our rental partner, quoted per event.

How do we hold our date?
50% reservation deposit (non-refundable) plus a $1,000 refundable damage deposit at signing; balance due 14 days before, insurance 15 days prior.
