For a bigger party, three Event Packages cumulate from the Lobby and Majestic (8,646 sq ft) through Grand (14,046 sq ft) up to Premier — the entire 23,140 sq ft floor plus the covered Dock — seating 260 standard and expanding to 970, quoted per event. Packages start at $2,900 weekday and include 7 hours of venue access with climate control.
