The Room

This building was packing citrus before your grandparents met. Original red brick, exposed trusses, and doghouse skylights that pour in natural light — the room barely needs decorating. What you add is up to you: catering, décor, and vendors are fully open.

Every package cumulates from the Lobby and Majestic (8,646 sq ft) up through Grand (14,046 sq ft) to Premier — the entire 23,140 sq ft floor plus the covered Dock. The building seats 260 standard and expands to 970, quoted per event, so the same room works for an intimate ceremony or a full-floor reception. Packages start at $2,900 weekday and run to $14,900 for a Premier peak-season Saturday or Sunday. Tables and chairs are available as a coordinated package through our rental partner, quoted per event; string lighting for the main event space is $750 flat, and valet parking is quoted per event.

Wedding FAQ

How many guests fit?

260 standard, expandable to 970 — quoted per event.

How do we hold our date?

50% reservation deposit (non-refundable) plus a $1,000 refundable damage deposit at signing; balance due 14 days before the wedding, insurance 15 days prior. Quotes expire after 14 days.

Do we need security?

Required for events serving alcohol or over 100 guests — $70/guard/hr, 5-hour minimum.

Is the venue accessible?

Fully ADA, with four private gender-neutral restrooms.
